We will select both competitive companies and other high calibre individuals that are not open to the current market and approach them directly. This method has a very high success rate for Morgan Harvey as we ensure that our ground work is completed effectively before approaching a potential candidate.

These individuals will only move for the best opportunities and we like to ensure that we are able to offer our clients the best shot to secure their services.

Executive search

Our Executive Search method allows us to speak with high-calibre individuals from some of the top UK companies of each industry and put forward a select shortlist of appropriate candidates.

We currently have consultants specialising in both the Legal and Accountancy sectors - due to the shortages of active candidates in these markets our Executive Search method allows us to put these candidates in front of clients when they would be unable to find them normally.
